Everyone is welcome but please note, any young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Drop-in: In the mood for a game? Unless already booked, the tables are available during the Centre opening hours. £1 per person, per hour.
Regular Session: Friday evenings from 7.15pm to 9.30pm. 50p per person per session.
T'ai Chi Ch'uan
T’ai Chi Ch'uan is variously described as everything from ‘Chinese yoga’, to a system of physical fitness exercises, or as a method of restoring, maintaining, and improving health, as well as a form of moving meditation and Taoist spiritual training, and a martial arts’ system of self defence. The current T’ai Chi classes will be added to shortly after the Easter break when there will be a new beginner’s class starting (day and time to be determined – watch this space).
If you have done some T’ai Chi in the past and would like to pick it up again or are entirely new to T’ai Chi and would like to learn, please ring Nan Fromer on 01736 788 438 for more information and an informal chat.
Nan Fromer has practiced and taught T’ai Chi Ch'uan for over 30 years.
Pilates
Pilates is a mind and body conditioning programme designed to improve your core strength, flexibility and posture whilst relieving unwanted stress and tension. Its slow, controlled approach means that it gives much longer-term results.

Easy Does It
This is a drop-in exercise class for the more senior person. Slow and controlled gentle exercises to improve your strength, flexibilty and balance.
